Delivery

We deliver fresh fruits across PAN India. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days in metro areas and 3–5 days in other regions.

Packaging

All fruit is packed in eco-friendly, insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain freshness.

Returns & Refunds

Because our produce is perishable, we have a limited returns window. Please inspect your order on delivery:

– If fruit arrives damaged or is incorrect, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement.
– For quality issues, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a partial/full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Missing/Damaged Items

Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Please contact support to request a cancellation before your order ships.
